1.Introduce of the pleated panel filters
PRE Filter is suitable for primary filtration of air conditioning systems, which is mainly used to filter dust particles of above 5μm. There are three main types: plate type, folding type and bag type. The filtering media is made of non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter, metal mesh. There are cardboard, aluminum and galvanized plating for frame available.

3.Features and applications of the pleated panel filters
● Replaceable: Users can easily replace the filter to reduce the trouble of transportation and storage.
● Efficiency: The filtration efficiency of PRE filter is G3 or G4, corresponding to 90% of the weight method and 40% of the colorimetric method.
● Superiority: light weight, versatility, compact
● Mainly used to filter the dust particles of 5um and above
Applications:
These filters are usually used for primary filtration of air conditioning and ventilation systems, and also suitable for simple device of air ventilation systems.
