I. Introduction of nuclear grade air filters
Nuclear grade air filters are representatives of the highest standards in the field of air filtration, mainly used in nuclear power plants, nuclear facilities, and other high radiation environments. They can effectively filter radioactive particles, aerosols, and other harmful substances, ensuring the safety of the working environment and the health of personnel. Nuclear grade filters must be certified according to strict international standards such as EN 1822 and the Nuclear Facility Safety Directive (2014/87/Euratom) to ensure their reliability and durability under extreme conditions. Nuclear grade filters are mainly used in the nuclear industry production field to adsorb radioactive metal particles and ensure human life safety. The filtering material of the nuclear grade high-efficiency air filter adopts glass fiber filtering material, which effectively intercepts radioactive particles and does not bring excessive resistance to the airflow. Nuclear filters are suitable for air purification systems in nuclear facilities and filtration equipment related to nuclear high-efficiency air filters. There are mainly two types: nuclear grade partitioned high-efficiency air filters and nuclear grade pleated high-efficiency air filters.

II.Classification of nuclear grade filters
There are mainly two types of nuclear grade filters, one is the nuclear grade high-efficiency air filter with partition, and the other is the nuclear grade dense skirt high-efficiency air filter. These two types of nuclear filters
Chemical filters have the common feature of folding the filter back and forth according to the required depth. The filter of the former is supported by a corrugated board shaped partition and sealed with sealant
The filter is supported by thin strip-shaped or linear separators.

III.Material requirements for nuclear grade filters.
1. Framework material requirements: The nuclear grade high-efficiency air filter with partitions and the nuclear grade wrinkled high-efficiency air filter are required to have carbon steel plates and stainless steel plates with different thicknesses.
2. Filter material requirements: Nuclear grade filter materials should be made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper
Initial effect: High temperature initial filtration end of the material
3. Requirements for partition materials: The partition material for nuclear grade high-efficiency air filters with partitions is aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.04mm or stainless steel foil with a thickness of 0.02mm-0.03mm. The partition material for nuclear grade corrugated high-efficiency air filters is filter paper made of non combustible fiber thread, and the width of the filter paper should not exceed 4mm. The diameter of the county committee should be between 1mm-1.2mm.
4. Material requirements for sealing agent: The sealing agent of the nuclear filter should have good elasticity, be easily cured at room temperature, have anti-aging properties, and be free of cracks and peeling
5. Material requirements for protective mesh: The protective mesh of nuclear grade high-efficiency air filters with partitions should be made of galvanized wire mesh or stainless steel wire mesh, and the protective mesh of nuclear grade corrugated high-efficiency air filters can be made of key zinc steel plates or stainless steel plates.

IV.Classification of nuclear grade air filters
Nuclear grade air filters are usually classified into the following levels based on their filtration efficiency and application scenarios:
1.HEPA grade filter : With a filtration efficiency of over 99.97%, it can capture particles larger than 0.3 microns.
2.ULPA grade filter: With a filtration efficiency of over 99.999%, it is suitable for scenarios with higher cleanliness requirements.
