V-Cell Filters are high -efficiency air filters designed to handle virturally any HVAC application. Each filter utilizes a technologically advanced media that incorporates a dual-layer, gradient-density fiber structure that results in exceptionally low air flow resistance, at the highest efficiency levels-reducing both energy and operating costs. These high-performance filters will improve indoor air quality and remove contanimants from HVAC environments. The XN-SHIELD V-Cell Filters are engineered to protect both expensive HVAC equipment and workers from dirth air and its damaging effict.The user friendly filter is also light weight, durable and easy to install. The patented fiber technology utilized in the V-Cell media is the latest in "Media Configuration'. The media is non-shedding , gradent density, and 100% polypropylene. It is manufactured by building up propressively smaller and smaller continuous filament non-shedding fibers in a single thermally bonded web. Media fiber size varies from 40 plus microns in diameter on the air entering side to well the sub-micron range on the air leaving side. The V-Cell is engineered for performance and durability. Media has exceptional efficiency, durability, moistrure resistance, low resistance to air flow and very good depth loading characteristics. The frames for these V-Cell filters are injection molded from 100% polypropylene and are impact resistant and moisture proof. Since it is entirely made of polypropylene. it is not affected by mosture and by nature does not support the growth of microbial organisms such as bacteria, mold, funfi, etc. The frame of standard v-style filter is galvanized steel plate or stainless steel. A 25mm flanged header or double flanged header allows the filter to be easily inserted and latched into front and side access system. |
